My client is a multi national retail organisation. They are currently looking for a newly created Corporate Auditor position to be based in their head office function.
Within this role you will be responsible for reviewing business processes to identify improvement opportunities within the internal control systems and providing recommendations to management to affect change coupled with the challenge and provide alternatives to accepted practice.
You key accountabilities will include assisting in the yearly risk assessments of the business, to plan and carry out audits of systems and activities as assigned, to monitor business/control issues in systems and activities and advise management, to contribute to the development of audit techniques and to monitor business/control issues in systems.
The ideal candidate will have a accountancy or audit qualification (experienced PQ individual will be considered) strong presentation skills and the ability to work within a high pass environment.
