Summary:Microelectronics
Our clients are a leading supplier of mixed- signal semiconductors for digital consumer electronic applications. It is renowned worldwide for its audio and imaging devices, which can be found at the heart of many of the world's highest profile consumer products including MP3 players, game consoles, mobile phones, LCD-TV and DVD players.
We are currently looking to recruit an Assistant Accountant to join the finance division. The duties of this role will include assisting in the preparation of monthly/quarterly and year end reports, preparation and posting of accrual and prepayment schedules and the review and analysis of General Ledger transactions.
The winning candidate for this role will be a CIMA qualified or ACCA part qualified accountant with a minimum of three years experience gained within a financial and/or management accounting role. Also essential for this position is experience of Word and Excel, preferably with knowledge of integrated systems such as IFS, JD Edwards or SAP; this should be coupled with excellent communications skills and the ability learn new skills quickly.
