Internal Auditor, Audits, North Scotland, Oil and Gas, Finance, CA, ACCA, CIPFA, IIA, Subsea, Aberdeen
Redline Group are currently looking to recruit an Internal Auditor for our client who is one of the world leaders in the provision of solutions and resources for sub-sea and marine engineering.
The successful candidate will be involved in establishing the internal audit function and the development of the internal audit program and will report to the global internal audit manager.
Key duties include: The planning and delivering of control improvements through audit projects, agreeing action plans and monitoring progress against these action plans, Perform walkthroughs, identify key controls and document accordingly and Analysing and reporting risks. Other duties include: Implement best practice accounting policies and financial processes and controls at new businesses.
The winning candidate will hold a recognised accounting qualification such as CA, ACCA, CIPFA or with IIA qualifications and will be educated to degree level. Also required is a minimum of 2-3 yrs relevant experience, although industry knowledge is desirable not essential as training will be provided. Must be self sufficient, demonstrate integrity and possess good organisational skills.
