Our client is an international market leader in the design, production, sales and marketing of specialist plastic components. It has a turnover in the region of GBP2.5 million with export sales to some 40 countries exceeding GBP1.5 million. They are looking for a Management Accountant to join their team in Oxfordshire and take overall responsibility for the accounting functions within the company. Successful applicant will be a proactive member of the management team with active participation in the business strategy formulation and implementation process. Role includes management of computerised accounting system, timely production of accounts and financial reporting, costing and variance analyses, budget and forecasting and VAT. Ideal applicant will have 5 years Managament Accounting experience, formal accountancy qualification, highly organised with proven people management skills. Excellent package, salary cGBP50K.
