Our client is a leading corporate finance based accountancy practice based in Henley-on-Thames.
The organisation has enjoyed uninterrupted growth servicing venture capitalists, banks and a number of serial acquiring plc's on due diligence assignments.
The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum five years corporate finance experience with a high level of commercial and technical ability. The ability to manage staff and to work both on your own initiative and as part of the team will be essential.
