Our client is a leading corporate finance biased accountancy practice based in Henley on Thames.
The organisation has enjoyed uninterrupted growth servicing venture capitalists, banks and a number of serial acquiring plc's on due diligence assignments.
The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum twelve months corporate finance experience, although, consideration will be given to bright candidates with no corporate finance experience.
Reporting to a Senior Manager, the role will principally involve due diligence reporting for banks, venture capitalists and corporates. The successful candidate will need to be able to work to tight deadlines and possess good report writing skills.
