Financial Analyst
East Midlands c£30,000 + Benefits
Our client is a dynamic, growth-orientated UK PLC, one of the world’s leading independent suppliers of ruggedised embedded computer products, subsystems and support software predominately for defence and aerospace applications. They are the partner of choice in an increasing range of major system developments and have a commitment to maintaining a high level of investment in new product development to ensure they retain their current pre-eminent market position. A significant proportion of their business is international, particularly with US systems integrators.
The Challenge:
Major contribution to the preparation of financial and management accounts
Working with operational managers to improve efficiencies
Contributing to the development of SAP and other IT systems
Providing a internal ‘financial consultancy’ service
Ad hoc projects with Group MD and FD
The Candidate:
Recently qualified accountant with experience in a technology-orientated manufacturing environment
Technically strong, analytical and IT/IS literate (ideally SAP)
Highly flexible with the capability to manage multiple tasks
Ambitious with significant energy and commitment
