Positions: Credit Controllers:(Mostly Outbound)
Our client will give training and require the following duties.
Administration
Retentions (Mostly Outbound)
Customer Correspondence
Customer Services (Mostly Inbound and some Outbound)

Availability: ASAP
Starting Salary: GBP 12,000 p.a. - 2 salary reviews per year
Bonuses: upto 10% bonus p.a. awarded on quarterly basis
Hours: All full time, 9-6 Monday to Friday, no evenings or weekends

Requirements:
Excellent phone manner with demonstrated experience in any field
Full training given to all candidates: Confident and Outgoing Self Motivated and Well Organised
Target Driven, Competent IT and keyboard skills, Experience in either Credit Control/Retentions or Customer Services, an advantage though not essential for the right candidate, Good written skills (for Correspondence Department)
