My client is currently looking for a department manager to join their forwarding thinking and well established organisation based in Gloucestershire.
You will be working within the pension and life sector of the business and be responsible for controls, policy holder payments and commissions and managing a team of upto 20 staff.
the successful candidate will have a proven track record within the financial services sector coupled with excellent communication skills and the experience with managing people.
