Our client is an established Calne-based solutions provider currently engaged in precision engineering and sheetmetal fabrication, presently working in a variety of market sectors including retail, security, material handling, vending, office furniture and many others.
They currently seek an enthusiastic, well-adjusted individual to play an integral role in their vibrant team.
Candidates for the role of Senior Accounts Clerk will require sound book-keeping and accounting knowledge as well as good spreadsheet skills and the ability to effectively prioritise and work to deadlines.
This is a ‘hands-on' job and will include sole responsibility for the sales ledger from raising invoices to credit control. You will also be required to perform reconciliations of Cash Book and other Balance Sheet accounts and to assist in cash flow forecasting, budgeting control and the production of management information reports, including monthly management accounts.
You will be reporting to the General Manager and Financial Director and will assist other members of accounting staff with any problems of a technical nature.
