Our client, a highly successful semiconductor company are seeking a Technical Support Manager. This person will be responsible for ensuring that all customer expectations on quality and delivery are met whilst supporting all Sales and Field Applications Engineers. They will initially lead a small team but will be in a position to build the team in line with company growth.
The ideal candidate will have experience of Technical Support within a semiconductor product design/manufacturer arena, strong technical knowledge and understanding of design and manufacturing protocols, quality standards and requirements. Strong project management skills and man management also key.
