Test Analyst – Software Tester
London, Tower Bridge
£25,000-£28,000 depending on experience + pension + healthcare + bonus scheme
Our client employs 25 people with offices overlooking the Thames at Tower Bridge. They have Equity & Venture Capital customers with in excess of €60bn of funds under management. They are looking to recruit a Test Analyst – Software Tester.
The role of Test Analyst – Software Tester:
To assist in the system testing of our client's new software releases.
As part of a small team, the role will involve:-
- interpretation of design specifications
- writing test scripts
- execution of test scripts
- setting up and using automated testing software
- liaison with development and implementation teams to resolve issues
Candidates are expected to gain a sound understanding of the software from both a technical and functional perspective.
The candidate must have some previous experience in testing and QA, an accounting or financial services background with a high degree of numeracy and the ability to analyse complex business processes and software. Experience in private equity would be advantageous.
The starting package would be £25-28k depending on experience. Salary is reviewed after a 6 month trial period when benefits such as pension, healthcare and a bonus scheme commence. Success is promptly rewarded.
