Our client is a leader in the provision of Engineering BPO solutions for a Blue Chip Clients, operating throughout the UK and Ireland. Existing turnover exceeds £28m, with an ongoing growth rate of 50% per annum. Due to this expansion they currently seek an Assistant Financial Controller to join the existing team.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the central accounting function including:
* Preparation of monthly management accounts
* Statutory reporting and returns
* Balance sheet management and analysis
*Production of ad hoc reports
*Creation and supervision of internal financial controls
*Management of Junior Accounting personnel
Commercially astute, you will have minimum of 1 year of post accountancy qualification experience within an industrial environment and be able to demonstrate an ability to manage personnel and accounting processes within a SME organisation. Our client operates on a SAP platform and experience in this area is also desirable.
