Our client, a leading global IT organisation, requires German speakers in the North-East of England for a telephone/e-mail based customer services and administrative role. This vacancy is for the nightshift and would require work between 10pm and 6am. The job will involve dealing with business customers, resolving problems and offering a high level of customer satisfaction. Full training is provided. Candidates should have previous experience in a telephone or customer services positions and speak German to a native level as well as fluent English.
