Our client, a leading global IT organisation, requires Italian speakers in the North-East of England for a telephone/e-mail based customer services and administrative role. The job will involve dealing with business customers, resolving problems and offering a high level of customer satisfaction. Full training is provided. Candidates should have previous experience in a telephone or customer services positions and speak Spanish to a native level as well as fluent English.
