Information Analyst – Business Intelligence and Reporting Systems

From their nationwide network of laundries they provide the highest quality healthcare services, workwear rental, washroom products and linen hire. They are looking to recruit an Information Analyst.
The role:
They currently seek an Information Analyst to be based at their Basingstoke Head Office location. Working closely with both the IT and Finance departments, the successful applicant will take ownership of the development of Business Intelligence and reporting systems. Using excellent analysis and communication skills to gain familiarity with business data, the key responsibilities of the role will include analysing business information requirements, developing and disseminating key business performance information, maintaining data dictionaries, and supervising and monitoring performance of reporting extracts.
Qualified to ACCA / CIMA / ACA or equivalent, applicants should be able to demonstrate their knowledge of corporate BI environments, within a lead role. You should also be a organised self-starter and have the ability to work to demanding deadlines.
Experience of Cognos, Microsoft SQL Reporting Services or similar tools is desirable, and experience of web based distribution of business reports would be an advantage.
