IT Support Analyst – Part Time

Our client is a leading marketing services company based in Leicestershire with a nationwide client base. They are looking to recruit an IT Support Analyst – Part Time.
The role:
The key responsibilities of the role are as follows:
- Supporting their on-site users via a Help Desk system.
- Problem solving and fixing software bugs.
- Modifying existing systems in response to changing requirements.
They are searching for candidates with experience of supporting or developing multivalued database systems. Experience of SB+ and XML would be advantageous.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following attributes:

- Ability and confidence to make timely decisions.

Remuneration is dependant on hours worked and experience.

Their diverse range of services is mostly IT-driven with the software being developed in-house on a UniVerse platform. Due to increased business activity they are seeking a part-time Support Analyst to join their IT Department.
