With a national network of operational and distribution centres, more than 7000 employees and a turnover exceeding £250m, our client is a leader in workwear rental, linen hire, washroom products and healthcare services. They currently seek an Assistant Financial Controller to join the team.
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the central accounting function including:
* Consolidated group reporting of Profit, Balance Sheet and Funds Flow
* Statutory reporting and returns
* Group Funds Flow/Balance Sheet Forecasts
* Balance sheet management and analysis
* Head Office Budget
A natural leader and commercial astute, you will possess a good degree, 3 years+ post accountancy qualification experience and be able to demonstrate in an organisation of significant size, experience in:
* Business entity and consolidated statutory reporting under by UKGAPP and IFRS
* Balance sheet/cash flow forecasting analysis and control
* Staff Management
* Excellent systems skills
