An Account Manager is required to join a leading IT Service Provider. Your role will be to provide client management and help to generate business in existing clients. The successful candidate will have in excess of 2 years experience working in a similar role ideally within the IT industry. Specifically, you will deal with clients over the phone and in person. This will involve identifying new opportunities within the customer base and providing superb customer service whilst building strong business relationships. You will need to be a well organised, motivated, strong communicator and be comfortable working in a semi-targeted role. Our client is a computer hardware and software support company with offices in Wiltshire and London providing a full range of IT support and consultancy services. We primarily operate within the professional market places and provide support to a high proportion of barristers’ chambers in the UK.
