Account Executive, Telesales Executive
West Yorkshire, Castleford
£13,000 + £2,000 bonus (uncapped) with opportunity to increase salary
Plus health scheme after 3 months + pension after 6 months
Our client is one of the UK's leading trade-only distributors of IT products. They are looking to recruit an Account Executive.
The role:
As Account Executive you will provide a comprehensive sales service for both inbound and outbound sales calls. You will also be responsible for ensuring orders are processed quickly and accurately whilst promoting and developing good customer relations.
Main Duties
* Ensure all orders are processed accurately
* Complete all documentation in accordance with company procedures
* Work towards departmental and personal targets
* Ensure allocated accounts are serviced in accordance with company procedures
* Promote and develop customer relations
* Promote company products in line with company procedures
* Monitor and contact customers to ensure maximum spending of account
* Monitor service levels
* Liaise with other departments to ensure accurate and efficient services of customers
* Work within and promote an open and democratic culture
* Ensure company Health and Safety systems are adhered to
* Carry out any other reasonable duties that may be required by the company from time to time.
