Our client is a leading provider of outsourced customer management services. They currently seek a Client Account Director to join the team in Leeds.
Well established, highly profitable and a subsidiary of a major plc, the company is trusted to handle multi-channel contacts for many blue chip companies. As part of their ambitious growth plans they are now looking to increase their account management capability.
The role will be to manage and develop a portfolio of high quality accounts. Working closely with internal teams you will manage the whole service offering, looking to add value and develop both the relationship and range/size of products used.
Of graduate calibre, the selected candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' B2B account management exposure with a track record of managing and developing major clients which produce significant revenue streams .
