One of the Leading European Leasing companies, bringing together all aspects of fleet acquisition, funding, management and disposal, have an opportunity for a Telesales Co-ordinator to join a small but highly motivated team.
Your challenge will be to proactively follow up and generate new business opportunities from potential and existing customers. You will maximise sales by actively offering the best rates at all times through promoting current sales and marketing activities.
Key activities include:
- Calls to be undertaken within the specified times scales ensuring a minimum number of contacts are made daily.
- Responsible for achieving and exceeding individual targets for orders taken and vehicle deliveries monthly.
- Building on going relationships with customers to gain incremental business.
Our client stipulates that candidates:
- Must have previous sales/telesales experience, ideally in a B 2 B telesales, targeted environment.
- You should be able to demonstrate an excellent telephone manner and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Have the ability to work as part of a small highly motivated team
- You have a basic understanding of general finance, an ability to work under pressure, and manage demands and multiple requirements effectively.
- Enthusiasm, motivation and excellent time management skills.
Good market and industry knowledge are advantageous.
