We are looking to recruit a Senior Client Development Manager for an International Mobile Operator.
To sell mobile data solutions and services to a named existing customer base. To create customer needs around mobile data solutions for corporate customers. To ultimately create new revenue streams for the company.
Achieve set company targets for sales and customer satisfaction, as agreed and determined by senior management from time to time, but specifically in relation to: Achieving new adds (voice and data), Reducing churn, Increasing ARPU, Maintaining a high customer satisfaction rating.
Very high level of behavioral skills and competencies. Very high skill levels in building rapport, empathy and co-operation at all levels of interaction Highly self motivated with a strong desire and proven record to achieve all targets.
Extensive knowledge and experience of the current general telecoms industry and specifically the mobile communications UK and European market. Evidence of being able to develop and nurture contacts at senior levels and across a wide spectrum of business over a long period of time.
Minimum 7-10 years in a business to business corporate sales/business development role and/or account management/account development role Minimum 4-5 years account development experience/responsibilities during the last 8 years, in a similar field based.
Minimum 5 years experience during the last 8 years of a similar targeted role in the business to business environment
