Our client is an expanding prestige car specialist servicing the requirements of the insurance industry. They are seeking a Sales Executive to work within the team on a national level. The company believes that with the full support of an expanding group, sales associates can establish themselves almost immediately. Consequently, this is a unique opportunity for the right candidate.
The ideal applicant should be a high calibre individual with proven experience in Sales and/or Marketing. Some knowledge of the Insurance marketplace including B2B sales would be an advantage although not essential.
The role involves securing and maintaining relationships with the Groups Accounts Referrers (Prestige car dealerships in the main, with a view to also working with include Insurance companies, Brokers, and Solicitors). The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving and achieving sales targets in line with business objectives.
Working closely with management to ensure business targets are met and financials achieved in line with Objectives. The successful candidate will be a target driven individual who can show real and consistent achievement in career to date, although this is not essential. You will need to have a desire to develop management skills and will be expected to manage your own time and report back to the Directors on a weekly or fortnightly basis.
The successful candidate will be offered a Base Salary of £18,000 with a very realistic OTE of £35,000 and an excellent benefits package, including a prestige company car (Mercedes, BMW or Audi) and phone.
