Our client is a systems support house specialising in the selection, implementation and support of Information Technology tailored to the business needs of their clients. Based at Henley-in-Arden in the heart of the Midlands, they specialise in working together with their clients to provide a complete Business Solution which encompasses both current and future development requirements
You will be part of a new telesales team, who backed by marketing literature and leads will contact new potential customers, and arrange appointments for the field sales staff. You will need to make initial contact with companies, assuring you are speaking with the decision makers, whilst maintaining a polite and professional attitude.
With excellent communication skills and an ability to interact with people at all levels within an organisation, you must have a confident and enthusiastic manner. You should have 6+ months Sales/Telesales experience, and good administrative skills. Ideally you will have a good knowledge of IT systems, or a desire to learn. Above all you will need to be trustworthy and friendly.
