IT Sales Executives / Account Manager
Essex, Harlow
Basic, £20,000 OTE Uncapped
Our client specialises in the provision of internet services to small and medium-sized businesses. The company has developed excellence in customer service and a strong reputation in delivering high quality technical support. The core product areas within the business include: web hosting and domain registrations, web design and development solutions, and email marketing solutions for business.
Their Current and planned growth has necessitated the recruitment of an IT Sales/Account Handling Executive in our Harlow offices. Applicants should be of graduate calibre, articulate, with a background in telephone sales, sales support etc with a desire to be earning £30K + (as a number of top performers at their office do already) within 3 years.
You'll probably have at least some previous experience in selling IT, software or telecomms and be used to selling at director level. You'll also have a good understanding of solution-based selling to business users, be customer-focussed and demonstrate an ability to think outside of the box.
You'll be familiar with working with and meeting targets, generating your own leads and have demonstrably good conversion rates.
You must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and feel at ease selling at owner/manager /director level.
This is a performance-based role and you'll be involved in the whole sales process from:
**Prospecting for business
**Generating leads
**Qualifying leads
**Preparing proposals/quotations
**Closing the sale.
You'll be expected to drive the business forward, work as part of the team and grow the existing customer base.
Salary will be commensurate with experience and commissions are paid monthly in arrears.
