Electronics Sales Engineer / Electronics Sales Executive / Technical Sales

Our client specialises in the manufacture of Cable Harnesses, Box Build and Electro-Mechanical Assembly. They are looking to recruit an Electronics Sales Engineer.
The role:
The Electronics Sales Engineer will need to have a high level of recent market and industry knowledge and understanding – preferably within the sub-contract environment. ‘Market' means (a) cable assemblies, (b) e-mech assemblies and (c) box-build. You will need to demonstrate success in introducing and developing future new contracts within the subcontract manufacturing market, including cables and harnesses, electro-mechanical assembly, sub-assembly and total product build. You will be working in a team of 2 and reporting directly to their General Manager.

Responsibilities:
1. Organise and attend off-site meetings with customers, prepare minutes and carry through actions
2. Prepare full customer report on monthly basis
3. Project manage all new enquiries and business through the company management systems – include liaison with other departments, Group offices, product managers and accounts departments
You must have a clean driving licence and be able to travel as required. The salary is £25,000 and includes benefits such as a company vehicle (or car allowance), laptop, mobile phone and pension.
