They are looking to recruit for the following position for their Enfield Showroom:
Branch Manager
This role will manage the day-to-day activities of the sales, finance and workshop departments to ensure the delivery of outstanding performance, quality and service throughout the branch operation. A minimum of three years experience in a people management role within a similar process driven environment is essential.
Salary: 3% of the Net sales profit of the branch + Focus Bonus.
Hours: Shift rota as prepared by the Branch Management Team.
The characteristics of this position include:
Experience at a senior level in a high volume vehicle operation
Ensuring the branch sales and profit targets are met
Identifying training needs of current team members
Experience in stock control and finance administration
Management of a telesales and face-to-face sales environment
Collating, providing and analysing accurate statistics and reports on all aspects of the sales operation to management
To be successful you should be able to:

Have an enthusiastic, flexible and adaptable approach to the job role
Build effective relationships within the branch and other related departments
Show excellent verbal and written skills with strong PC literacy
