Our Client, a Northwest based IT Consultancy and Services organisation, is looking for a dynamic individual to join their expanding Sales Team. The team sells IT services to end-users and through a network of resellers.
You will assist the outside Sales Team with the development of new and existing accounts, produce sales quotations and liaise with prospective customers and suppliers. You will need to make sure all leads are followed up in a timely fashion, whether generated by you or the Marketing Department. You will need to ensure internal communication is first rate to guarantee all parties are fully aware of changing situations, both verbally and through the database records.
To be successful you will require the following skills:
• A good knowledge of IT systems
• At least 1 yrs experience in a Sales or Call Centre environment
• Good IT skills, particularly Word/Excel
• Confident telephone manner
• Excellent communication, literacy & administration skills
• Show attention to detail and be capable of producing accurate work
You must be located within a 10 miles radius of Chorley, Lancashire.
You must be a friendly and professional person, trusted by clients and your colleagues and driven to succeed. Communications skills are paramount, as is the ability to deal with people at all levels within an organisation. You must be able to manage your time effectively, making sure you keep up to date whilst building strong customer relationships. Experience within the IT Market would be beneficial, though not essential.
