Telesales Person (Consumables) – Telesales Executive
Essex, Harlow
c£18,000 for an on Target performance + Incentives
Our client is a world-class total solutions provider and is committed to providing outsourced solutions for all aspects of office management. Established in the UK for almost 80 years and now operates in over 120 countries worldwide. They are looking to recruit a Telesales Person (Consumables).
The role:
This is an opportunity to work in an exciting and challenging environment as part of the most successful group within the organisation.
This is a telesales position, intended to promote and deliver the sale of consumable products.
Accountabilities:
* To achieve personal monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
* To identify and secure sales opportunities from your customer portfolio.
* To manage allocated customer group/prospective customer group.
* To promote and champion the full range of company products.
* To work with customers' and service colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction goals are achieved.
* To meet or exceed sales call standards as set by your manager.
Essential Skills:
* Target driven sales experience preferably in a business to business environment
* Ability to analyze customer's requirements through fact-finding and information gathering.
* Be able to present compelling business solutions clearly
* Need to work with a structured and planned approach.
* GCSE in English & Maths or equivalent
* Written communication skills
* Basic PC/keyboard skills
* Demonstrates good standard of numerical and verbal understanding
* Negotiation skills
* Commercial understanding
