Our client's Intermediary Sales Department, based in Leicester, is looking for an Account Manager to join their team.
Within this exciting sales role, it will be your responsibility to:
* Maximise new sales of PMI and other related products.
* Convert and retain small corporate enquiries via intermediary contacts.
* Achieve PMI targets monthly.
* Offer non PMI products at every relevant opportunity
* Improve sales performance.
* Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of existing products.
* Achieve call statistics in all areas.
* Demonstrate understanding of and adherence to FSA compliance requirements.
* Broaden Product Offering
* Maintain and improve knowledge of existing non PMI products and introduce these to Brokers regularly.
* Improve efficiency, economy and effectiveness.
* Prioritise Brokers renewals by size and profitability.
* Prioritise outbound prospect calls to Brokers to maximise sales and profitability.
* Reduce the number of unproductive quotations.
The perfect candidate for this role will have energy, drive, and be self motivated. We are looking for somebody who is a good team player, and goal orientated. This role is varied and demanding, so be prepared to work under some pressure! The successful candidate will have good PC skills and knowledge of healthcare insurance products would be a major advantage.
This is a full time position working a 7 hour shift between 8.30am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Your basic salary will be £14,500. To apply for this role, please simply send your CV via the button shown.
