Our client is a global developer, publisher and distributor of multi-platform interactive entertainment, holding leading positions in the PC, console and handheld games markets, and is an emerging player in mobile and wireless games.
Our client is looking for an energetic and talented Senior National Account Manager, responsible for Sales and Management of the company's portfolio of products with their retail partners in the UK market place and to achieve the annual business plan.
The role will include:
• Management of sales, stocks and relationships of retail partners within account base.
• Management of streams of Data to provide senior Management with a true reflection of a situation at any point.
• Achievement of Annual business plan.
• Maximize the Profitability for the company's portfolio with in retail partners.
• Retail promotions, with regard to both in store activities and bundling opportunities.
• Analyse market trends and identify new opportunities for the company.
• Be integral in the planning and targeting of the Annual business plan.
Essential Skills:
• Proven Track record in a high level sales environment.
• Understanding of publishing process
• Commercial awareness of games market
• Understanding of products
• Customer focussed
• Mathematical and Financial understanding.
• A good standard of education with a minimum to GCSE level
• Active Team Player
• Ability to communicate at all levels
• Computer Literacy in Microsoft Applications e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint.
• High level of administrative skills.
• Pragmatic and realistic
• Good planning and data management skills
• Ability to manipulate and comprehend data from a variation of sources.
Desirable Skills:
• Games industry background preferred
• Educated to ‘A' Level standard.
• 5 Years in a National Account Manager position within the Games Industry
