Our client is looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant / Sales Consultant. By joining our client you are joining one of the fastest growing recruitment companies in the UK according to a major UK financial institution with 1st year sales of £2.5m, 2nd year sales of £8m and 3rd year predicted sales £13m.
The role is 99% telephone based sales. The Sales Team is helped by an excellent database and back office organization in order to give their sales staff the maximum opportunities to sell. They provide the highest standards of training and mentoring. Their sales directors, who have achieved industry leading results through their experience and knowledge, provide training and mentoring directly to their Consultants.
The realistic 1st year OTE is in the region of £35k - £55k based on current performers within the company with a 2nd year OTE £80k - £100k. Their commission is unlimited so these are not fixed levels - your salary is down to how good you can be at the job!
