During this role you will:
* Develop a robust sales plan that seeks to develop new business opportunities within the area, whilst exploiting existing accounts to their fullest potential, in order to grow market share and profit.
* Respond to customer enquiries, interpreting their product and service needs, in order that the objectives in the account plan can be realised.
* Drafting sales orders promptly and accurately in order to achieve the commercial and service targets identified within the account plan.
* Monitor all aspects of daily sales performance in allocated accounts and make customer contact to ensure "on-track" performance in accordance with the account plan.
* Resolve promptly customer complaints, where necessary enlisting the support of the Account Manager and other relevant managers, to maximise customer retention.
* Contribute to the development and review of account plans and forecasts in order to help identify opportunities to maximise the profit potential of those accounts.
Personal Specification
Sales experience would be preferred, although full training will be given. The successful candidate must possess self motivation, drive, enthusiasm and a good general education
