Reporting to the Global Sales and Marketing Manager our client a leader in RF and Microwave components and systems is looking for a Regional Sales Management for the Asia - Pacific region.
Your key responsibilities will include the:
· Identification and closure of sales opportunities within the Asia-Pacific region
· Management of customer relationships
· Account management of designated accounts within the territory and qualification of potential new markets
· Preparation of monthly reports on market trends, customers and product trends
· Selection, development and training of manufacturers, representatives, agents and distributors
· Provision of technical product support to customers and sales channels
· Day to day management of sales channels
· Competitor analysis
You will be degree qualified with a minimum of 5 years Sales and Marketing experience within the RF/Microwave arena and a proven track record in the identification and closure of new business opportunities. You must have a basic understanding of rf/microwave components & theory
