Our Client is a leading communication solutions company accessing the services of a number of Tier 1 providers. They select the best of product portfolio's from leading suppliers onto one bill, providing a simple cost-effective solution. Following the growth in their customer base and the introduction of additional products they now have a new requirement for Sales Account Managers.
Responsible for account and revenue retention from the SME customer base (Partner members/customers). This to be achieved by proactive outbound calling and responding to inbound campaigns.
Principal Job Responsibilities:
- Contact existing customer base on a regular basis to grow the revenue generated from the base and minimise any customer churn.
- Work with internal departments to ensure that won orders are provisioned on time and to the customers requirements.
- Gain clear understanding of the customer's current and planned telecom requirements and up selling Communicate services to meet this demand.
- Understand the customer's objectives, buying criteria and decision making process.
Qualifications and Experiences:
General
- Sales or customer service experience
- Computer literate
- Telecoms/IT knowledge (Desirable, not essential)
