This is a permanent vacancy for a young and dynamic person to join a quickly expanding company selling an exciting range of email marketing software, solutions and services to marketing managers in blue chip companies and leading marketing agencies.
You will have a track record in telesales in a similar market area. This position offer great opportunities to grow with the company. The candidate should hold a degree and be motivated by sales. The Internal Sales Executive will be responsible for initial sales qualification, as well as closing business. Day to day activities will require you to:
* Handle inbound (phone, email and web) inquiries and qualify these inquiries to the fullest extent
* Ability to conduct web based interactive product demos via PC and phone
* Conduct outbound calls to a lead list consisting of warm leads and cold call lists
* Identify opportunities, generate interest, qualify, educate, and develop new opportunities
* Qualify initial sales opportunity and potential future up sell opportunities
To fulfil these duties, the successful candidate will display the following attributes:
* Degree educated
* Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
* Organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to easily understand technology and communicate it to prospects
* Quick learner and self-starter with an entrepreneurial work ethic
* Results-oriented team player with a committed effort to meet individual goals
* Ambition to grow within company
* Knowledge of business organisational structures and buying influences
You will ideally also hold 1+ year's experience in lead qualification/inside sales selling into Enterprise space, a track record of consistently exceeding individual and team goals, successful experience selling for a start-up software company along with experience selling CRM solutions.
