From their nationwide network of plants, the company provides the highest quality in workwear rental and linen hire, washroom products and healthcare services. They currently seek applications for the post of Telesales Manager to join their successful team.
Based in Ashton, the successful candidate will organise and supervise the Telesales Department, to achieve budgeted targets and will be responsible for Telesales Consultants and the Telesales Department in general. You will achieve the following standards in these key areas:
Supervision:
* Achieve Telesales annual and period sales targets
* Recruit, Train, Supervise, Motivate and if necessary discipline the Telesales Consultants.
* Prepare period and cumulative statistics for the Sales Manager
* On a period basis calculate commission for each Telesales Consultant, and present to Sales Director
* Ensure database is continually updated with qualified prospects. As a separate project the database should be checked for accuracy of information to avoid/remove duplication of prospects.
* On a regular basis analyse the whole database, and as necessary supply information and recommendations to ensure the level of prospects is adequate to meet sales targets.
General:
* Ensure that Telesales work closely and efficiently with Field Sales, National Accounts and other departments as necessary to maximise selling time
* Ensure that Telesales promote the best image of the Company through professionalism and courtesy, both with prospects and other Departments
* Attend Sales Directors and Regional Sales Team meetings as required.
* Undertake any other reasonable duties within the scope of the job as requested.
