Combining proven expertise in technology, and an understanding of emerging business domains, They deliver a range of services that includes custom software development, enterprise system development & integration solutions and a wide variety of web applications and design.
An excellent opportunity for a sales focused individual to work with a new software development company in a prestigious area of Edinburgh's City Centre.
The successful candidate must be highly motivated and target driven with an ability to develop the business through acquiring sales/leads.
This role is mainly based on the telephone, so good communication skills are essential. The company should always be represented professionally, by maintaining a pleasant and helpful telephone manner and explaining our services well to all clients.
This exciting role will involve:
- Phoning potential clients to discuss the products and services offered
- Developing the new client list and expanding our database
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring that they are up-to-date
- Organising lead information effectively and efficiently
- Booking and organising demonstrations with new/potential clients
The ideal candidate should have (essential):
- Telesales/marketing experience
- Proven self-motivation (excellent self-starter)
- Desire to build the companies reputation and client list
- Excellent organisational skills
- Genuine ambition to succeed
- Experienced in making high levels of outbound calls on a daily basis
The ideal candidate should have (desirable):
- B2B IT telesales experience
- Technical knowledge of the UK IT marketplace
- Proven track-record in target over-achievement
As hours are flexible you will receive a salary of £6-£6.50 per hour plus excellent bonus. Following a 2-3 month trial there is the potential for the role to become permanent
