Our client is a national installer of electronic security products, primarily involved in CCTV, Access Control, and Tagging. They have recently moved to new self-contained offices near Bristol as part of their expansion programme. The company is currently looking to recruit a field-based sales professional to take advantage of their results-driven, uncapped commission scheme.
Ideally, candidates will have industry experience, however high achievers from outside the security industry will be considered, but you must have four years' sales experience, selling business-to-business in the commercial/industrial and/or retail marketplace.
Individuals with established contacts in the following sectors would be of particular interest: Education, Local Authorities, Shopping Centre Management, Hotels and large multiple outlet retailers. Our client seeks a determined, results-orientated individual, who wishes to earn well in excess of the OTE quoted.
The ability to source new business from existing or new contacts will be vital, as will being able to work unsupervised. In return, the company can offer applicants with these skills sales targets set in relation to basic salary, in the range of £96K to £144K profit per annum.
